- Cancellation policy
- For no-shows, the full amount of the omakase will be charged per pax. Please note that change in party size or cancellations within 48 hours of a reservation will incur a fee of SGD 80 per person.
- Venue policy
- Please enter the restaurant, Standing Sushi Bar, and you'll find the private room of Shinsora on the left. We respectfully urge all guests to arrive punctually. As Shinsora is exclusively helmed by Chef Sky, kindly note that each course will be served concurrently and promptly with other diners. Being an intimate 10-seater dining concept, we seek your understanding that for the comfort of other guests, we are unable to cater for children under 14 years of age (unless the restaurant is exclusively booked). When making a reservation, we would appreciate it if you would respect our policy. To book the restaurant for your exclusive use, please email sushi@shinsora.sg to place your reservation. Please note that a minimum spend of $2,000 will apply for exclusive bookings. Dietary Restrictions Should you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us at the point of your reservation. As each course requires significant time to prepare, we are unable to accommodate same-day dietary requests. As seafood and soy feature prominently in our omakase experience, we are not able to cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Corkage Policy Each 750ml bottle (sake/wine) will be charged SGD 50 for corkage. Large format bottles will be charged according to their volume. We also offer a one-for-one policy that allows you to enjoy your sake/wine without corkage when you buy a bottle from us. Should you desire to bring your own spirits, please email sushi@shinsora.sg to enquire on the corkage fee for spirits.
